Hi I’m Suzanne the Founder of Discoaching, created from almost 3 decades of experience in Creative & Music industry, Language & Communication and Personal Development & Coaching.
Starting my sparkling career as a DJ Booking Agent in the mid 90’s, a job which catapulted me to the bright lights of London and a range of opportunities in the world of music, advertising, and production. Many years later, I quit the 9-5 altogether, went travelling and turned my life upside down.
This huge leap led me to completely change my career to focus on training & education and living and working in Barcelona, Spain for almost 5 years. I realised I had a real talent for helping and empowering others.
In the last 8 years, I have been doing the soul work and started my journey into Self/Personal development and have become a Certified Transformational Coach in Professional Coaching Practice and achieved my ICF PCC Credential(coachingfederation.org).
Fuelled by my passions, bringing together all my experiences and knowledge. I had a desire to create something unique, to fuse creativity, fun and expression with coaching & self-improvement. Discoaching was the answer...A coaching concept and method that helps creatives, soulful entrepreneurs and rebellious souls to focus, confidently express themselves and unlock their entrepreneurial talent, giving them the potential to turn their visions into a reality.
I’ve always pushed myself to work and live outside my comfort zone, never get too comfy, find new challenges and not be afraid to revamp my life. The confidence, learnings and cross-cultural awareness I’ve gained from working in different industries and countries with my genuine interest in people means I’m an extremely effective communicator with a magnetic energy, passion and ability for inspiring others.
